This is the only garage door company I trust. My home warranty had sent them over to repair our garage door about four years ago and they did a wonderful job fixing it. Excellent, respectful, comprehensive service! We were referred by our home warranty company. Alex answered the phone, was very respectful, and gave us a window of 2-6PM. A large window, but that's what you get when you're bound by warranty. The tech arrived at 5:54 PM--technically on time! And who was the tech? Alex! He knew immediately the spring was broken, but checked all around the garage to make sure there were no other issues with the rails and motor. He had the replacement in his truck, repaired it quickly, but still took the time to make adjustments and lubricate everything to make sure it runs smoothly. For a 14 year old garage, it was running better than ever! All the while, he was great to chat with about the home warranty industry and gave good advice on vendors and equipment. Our motorized garage door cable snapped so AAA Advanced Garage was sent to repair it through Fidelity National, our home warranty company. AAA fixed the cable, but within the warranty period, the garage doors began making terrible noises when opening or closing. I called AAA Advanced Garage for three straight days, leaving three messages for them to call me and they never had the courtesy to return my calls. The home warranty company then stated that noise alone was not covered by the policy in that the garage doors did function (which makes no sense at all). The noise clearly indicated that there was a problem with the prior repair. We then decided to contact Curry Brothers, the company that installed the garage doors years ago, but who does not do work for Fidelity home warranty. The Curry Brothers repair man came to our home and IMMEDIATELY saw the defective work performed by AAA Advanced Garage which had caused the noise. He pointed out the shoddy work done by AAA and I took a digital photo of it before the entire situation was quickly remedied by Curry Brothers. It is obvious that AAA Advanced Garage not only does not know what it is doing, but worse, has extremely poor customer service. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! read more

The other torsion spring/coil broke on our garage 6 months after AAA replaced the other side. As soon as I heard the sound and couldn't open my garage, I knew exactly what was wrong and who to request via our home warranty. AAA Advanced Garage Door Services once again came to my rescue. Munir came out quickly (with the new coil on hand) and fixed the problem once again!!! There's nothing like having both your cars stuck in the garage (unless manually lifted) and receiving impeccable service within 24 hours of putting in a work order! I DID NOT have to wait for the part to be ordered as he carries certain part replacements on his truck. Munir helped me re-program the garage door keypad upon replacing the Torsion Spring/Coil. If you just search the 1 star reviews, they all appear to have been referred via Fidelity homeowners warranty. Well I too was referred via Fidelity but am writing a 5 star review. Note there are other 5 star reviews from those via Fidelity. To anyone who needs any type of service, make sure you communicate in advance what's going on in hopes when they do show up, they can take care of the issue. I'm curious if the 1 star group didn't and just assumed someone would fix anything without communicating in advance. In my case, I explained to AAA Advanced Garage that the trolley wasn't pulling the garage door and I have a Liftmaster garage system. This allowed them to be prepared when they came to fix the issue, however, with these guys I don't think that was even necessary. They were extremely nice people (father son duo) and professional and respectful the entire time. They kept their masks on correctly the entire time (just over an hour). They knew their stuff and checked out the entire entire garage system in hopes I don't ever need to call them again, and advised basic spray grease to apply annually to keep the system running smooth for as long as possible (hopefully for life). Just like all the other 5 star reviews, this is what you're looking for when needing service for anything. Professional, respectful, and educational to the customers. They checked all and then some and I'm definitely referring these guys to anyone who needs service for their garage door issues. read more

First American dispatched Safeway Garage Doors. Afterwards, I decided to research thru Yelp on Safeway. You could not ask for nicer, more professional and helpful people to fix or replace your garage door. They went above and beyond! Someone hit my door and smashed it in. I couldn't even open or close it to get my car out. When the repair technician came by to see the damage and confirm that I did indeed need a new door, he took the time to get the damaged door back on the track and adjusted so it was usable until the new door arrived. He even made sure that I was able to open and close it by myself, making adjustments and working about an hour with me so that I was not stuck without a car. When he and his team arrived they were again diligent, professional, courteous, and just wonderful. They removed the old door, installed the new one, and left the garage cleaner than it was before they arrived. This review is long overdue. Munir is a very nice person, when he went to fix our garage door receiver, he noticed right away that the previous guy who tried to fix it just did a temporary fix. He didn't want to judge the person who did it totally but he's just telling me that it's not the proper way to fix it. What Munir did was he replaced the electronic chip inside that's responsible to receive signal from the garage door opener.
