This is my 3rd time using Robert. As a "listed" contractor with 2-10 home warranty, Robert  installed a new garage door opener in 2021 and then in 2023, he repaired the broken wires to my right sensor and re-programmed my 2 remotes.  After 30 years with this warranty company,  l didn't renew annual contract, but I kept  Robert's name & number. Well, on 8/20/25, my garage door 's metal tension rod broke after 33 years  which meant my car was stuck in garage. Robert was out of town and realized my dilemma. He asked if he could come by at 8 pm. He showed up and replaced the tension rod in about 30 minutes.  Robert is professional and friendly. His knowledge and skills are impressive. Garage Doors by Robert really came to the rescue when I needed him. My garage door got stuck halfway down, and wouldn't move up or down. I called several garage door companies, and if they could send someone, they were going to charge a BIG fee since it was after normal business hours. I called Garage Doors by Robert, and he said he could come right away. He arrived within the hour and was able to get the garage door back on track. My garage door wouldn't open and the wheels had came off track. Robert came by very professional and told me what was the problem and gave me what I felt like was an honest quote on parts and his labor cost.
