This company wanted to charge me a $400 flat rate BEFORE coming to see my property. I understand labor fees, etc. but they didn't provide an estimate, didn't know for sure what my issue was and still gave me a price. I'm so glad it didn't go with them because the company I did choose charged me $185 AND it would up being a little cheaper because the issue with my garage door wasn't even extensive. I'm glad I shopped around before accepting this price. Y'all need to provide FREE estimates AND have a technician explain what the actual issue is BEFORE charging someone. read more

Outstanding service. Backed a car into a garage door, knocking it off the track. At first I called the closest garage door company. Their price was OUTRAGEOUS. Think this had to be a rip off, I got on Angie's List and found D'Alba Garage Doors. I called Mark and after a few questions he said this wouldn't be a problem at all, since the door was not damaged, all the cables and springs were ok, it had just come off the track. When your garage door fails you need someone as soon as possible. The owner showed up on time the following morning, assessed the different issues with 2 garage doors and broke down my options. I replaced a very old motor( with continuous issues) and fixed the sensor on the other. No upsell or sales pitch, which I appreciate.
