The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that the installer refused to lay a wood threshhold and hide tv cables under the closet rug. Also the upgraded padding was not installed. With 2 trips back, I got my threshhold (which I bought and stained) and the cables hidden. The padding issue would've meant tearing up the entire 2 rooms of carpet.
