He kept us very updated on when the cabinets would arrive and when the install would begin as well as what to expect at every phase of the remodel. The crew was amazing, courteous, helpful and professional. They kept in mind that we were living here during the remodel and cleaned up daily before leaving. This was no simple pop out one set of cabinets and install new ones. They rerouted vents, AC , lighting and reworked what was before a simple pantry closet into a much more functional pantry cabinet system. I gained a good deal of extra storage space as well. Said estimator never entered any information into the system so no follow up was done by company. Fast forward again to November 2025. Went to showroom try again. New salespeople scheduled estimator Mike to come out. He shows up, takes note, and once again, no follow up. I called and spoke to Victoria who basically told me they weren't interested in doing it my way since it wasn't to "code", which I presume is industry talk for you need the most expensive option. I agreed to get a quote to do it "their" way. Surprise, no quote! I'm not a believer in chasing after a contractor that clearly has no interest in my business.

I totally agree with the prior review that I would give negative stars if possible. The veneer on…read moremy cabinets is falling off on almost half of my cabinets. While they looked nice, it turns out that the cabinets are made from some form of plastic with a hair thin plastic veneer that is basically a photograph of wood. The adhesive on the veneer failed all at once and the entire veneer panels are simply falling off. It started when I came home and found a veneer panel on the floor. So, I went back to Style Craft and they told me that there was nothing they could do and that other customers have had the same problem. They showed less than zero interest in trying to help me. Their product is junk. Spring for a few extra bucks and buy cabinets built out of real wood.

It took a bit of cross referencing but they had what I needed. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to give advice on your repair and they do small an major repairs too. If I wanted purchased a new McLane edger comparable to this one, I'd have spent $700. It's easy to buy new at those big box stores but it's more satisfying to to go to a local shop like this and save a few bucks They also have a full line of Stihl equipment and accessories not to mention a vast selection of parts for most types of outdoor equipment including tires of all types and sizes. 4 Star actually gets 5 stars for great service, and knowing they'll probably have the part your looking for.
