Five years after the install, I noticed the bay window for the living room was leaking water, and there was water damage at the bottom of the windows on the the left side of the installation. The wooden frame at where it seats on the house inside is stained, from water entering through the outside window frame. I checked the caulking on the outside of the window in the area and the caulking has separated approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the edge of the window that is against the house bricks, to a hight more than half the hight of the window frame. I made the effort to inform the installer through their contact page, and have NEVER received a response about the damage do to poor installation.

We had a walk in shower custom built, and required a stunning glass shower door and panels. The team were professional, punctual and took great care not to damage any of our new painted walls or new shower area. They put large foam tiles on the floors, and even the counter, where they laid out all their tools. The installation was flawless and clean up was meticulous. My project coordinator, Alex, was unprofessional and difficult to work with. Because the on-site contractors did not speak English, I had to rely entirely on Alex to relay instructions, which led to major misunderstandings. For example, during the installation of a glass shield, it was clear that Alex and the contractors were not on the same page. I immediately called Alex and requested that we hold off on that portion for a couple of days to sort it out. He dismissively told me, "No, we're doing it now." Predictably, the glass was installed with extremely poor quality and would not have lasted a year. While the manager, John, eventually stepped in and replaced it, the situation should have been avoided entirely.Furthermore, I experienced pushback from John early on. I purchased veined tile and wanted to review the layout beforehand to ensure the pattern flowed correctly. Alex told me that the installer, Ethan, only lays tile and does not handle the design or layout. When I tried to oversee this, John accused me of "micromanaging" and told me to just trust their work. Unfortunately, my instincts were correct--the final floor tile layout looks completely uneven and poorly planned.To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $500 to install a floating vanity, which they mounted far too high. I literally have to stand on my tiptoes just to lean over and brush my teeth. When I brought this to their attention, they blamed the issue entirely on the plumbing. I have since had an independent professional inspect it, and they confirmed the plumbing was not the issue at all; it was simply a bad installation.I paid this company in full, but did not get the quality or outcome I was promised. They offered zero compensation or partial refunds for these permanent mistakes. Please be very careful if you choose to use this company for your remodeling needs.

Affordable too, no pressure to buy the imported stuff from some monastery in Italy. Great selection on all types of tile and flooring, from high end to a fantastic clearance section. Family owned business, and they treated me very well even though my initial purchase was not a large order. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and solid customer service! They also have a small selection of faucets etc, but it's fairly high end I think (bought a Riobel bathroom faucet at a great price) WAY better than a box box store for tile and faucets! Not so much for hardwood flooring, but that's not what these guys are about. D
