I am disappointed. I went to Fabby due to my old hairdresser being booked full, but she messed up my hair. I had long straight hair, I asked for a slight trim. I have been wanting to grow out my hair for a while now and it was just starting to get to the length I desired. I have always looked up to Rapunzel the female character in the movie Tangled. Anyways Fabby cut my hair into a BOB. I fell asleep when she was brushing out my long hair and when I woke up, I saw horror. I am so devastated, my best friend recommended this salon to me. I will never be returning, I now have to live with this awful haircut or buy expensive wigs. I am unsure of what to do, if anyone has any recommendations for wigs I would appreciate it. I was needing a nice mani-pedi before I took off for Italy. I called this salon and was connected with Darla. Right away we hit it off, talking about my trip, the colors I was looking for, etc. I love the part of town this salon is located in + it has a very industrial modern style with I LOVE. It's truly is like a garage and I love it. All the ladies inside were super nice and I immediately felt comfy even tho I was a new client. The manicure was great and stayed solid for my whole trip...but this Pedicure...let's talk about how it amazing it was! Totally worth the investment. Let me tell you this girl WORKED on my feet. Plus, Paraffin dip, hot hot towels, all sorts of scrubs and lotions. It was like a never ending event. I SO much appreciate all the work and time she spent on me. Being new to the area, I asked thd locals where they go to get a manicure and The Garage was frequently the answer. I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment during the Labor Day Weekend (wasn't expecting a yes). In Twin Falls for my daughter's wedding and called a month early to see if I could get in for a shampoo and style only. I was able to get an appointment with Fabby easily. She even gave me her cell number so I could send her what style I was looking for and if I needed to call her after hours. Fabby did a wonderful style for me and it was even better than I had hoped for!! She was very kind, considerate and gentle. (I'm a big baby when it comes to hair.) I am new to this area and needed to get all my hair cut off in preparation for an up coming surgery on my right arm and having thick curly hair I knew I wouldn't be able to wash and style it. Since my surgery was in a few days I worried about finding the right person to tackle my tangles. I called the Garage Salon and talk to Sally Plake, she was able to get me in right away. I explained what I needed and how I wanted it cut. She listened to me, and spent over an hour until it was just what I wanted. She has a lot of experience with the straight razor and thinning my type of hair, which is so hard to find. I'm so happy with how it turned, and that I have a new wonderful hairdresser. Great haircut with Fabby. She listened while studying my hair & head shape & I am looking good. The beauty is I don't use a blow dryer or any hair products. It is wash & wear & other than using a round brush as it air dries, it looks as good as when she blow dried it after the cut. I got in quickly, the shop is fun & upbeat, the price was affordable and Fabby is a great conversationalist. I look forward to a redo in 6-8 weeks. read more

Been growing my hair out for over two years to get to a length I want, then dye it. I scheduled an appt for 9:30 with Fabby. Was parked outside at 9:25 when she called me saying I was late. I explained to her my appt started in five minutes. She told me I was wrong, and it was at nine. When she called me the night before to confirm our appt she said 9:30, and I even repeated it back to her. Not only did she hang up on me abruptly, she wasn't sincere or even tried to reschedule me.. super bummer with this establishment and lack of customer service in the employees. Doesn't even deserve one star. read more

Me and my bridesmaids got our nails done here and it was a horrid experience.. the French tips are so crooked and awkward, it makes you wanna cut your fingers off.. they talked non stop and gossiped and weren't respectful in the least.. BRANDON is the person that you ask for if you want a professional who knows what they are doing to do amazing and wonderful things to your hair. I had a color and cut and I was very specific with what I wanted and he did it for me when no one else could. I,ve tried to get this hair style several times but no one seemed to get it until I went to Brandon. If he's any indication of the quality of professionals in this salon, then everyone should go here. I highly recommend them. read more

Just had my haircut & colored with Fabby and am very happy with the results! She did a wonderful job with the color selections and decided to mix 2 colors together. Really pretty. I got my hair cut here in April by Mo and to say it was the worst haircut of my life wouldn't do it justice. I brought in pictures of a shaggy mix between a pixie and a bob and went over the cut in excruciating detail. I took my glasses off and she went to town. What was supposed to be a 10-14 inch long cut turned into less than an inch to 4 inches long. I had waited a long time so that my bangs were long enough to tuck behind my ears to get the cut, which is how the pictures I brought in were, and she cut them above my eyebrows! Literally, to go any shorter would have been a buzz cut. On one side she had left me with no sideburn, and on the other side I had half of one. My catchphrase for the two months it took to grow out TO a pixie cut has been, "no seriously, I didn't lose a bet." Truly an unbelievable experience. Only 5-6 more months until it grows out to the length I originally wanted! read more
