Never have cared for their service. It's like an assembly line. They over load their calendar so even with an appointment, you're waiting 10-20 even sometimes 30 or more minutes. My sister and I had our nails filled today. My nails were perfect. However, my sister's nails were sticky to the touch and shaped badly. I highly recommend Jayson. Beware of the new guy at the salon...he is not good and didn't seem to care that his client was crying in the car because his service was awful. read more

Sooooo I will definitely be going back to this nail salon! It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were all so sweet and welcoming, and well the service was amazing! The price is reasonable! Vibes were chill, relaxing. It was a very clean and managed well. My nail tech which I wish I would've gotten her name was wonderful, she recommended doing almond shaped since it's what's in style right now, I went from coffin to almond... and I do not regret it! My nails are so beautiful!!!! It was my first time coming here and I wanted to try it out since many ladies recommended this nail salon. Was by far one of the worst experiences. The nail tech finished in less than an hour. Her vibe was off and she was very rude. When I scheduled my appointment I clearly stated that we wanted Gel-X (gel extensions). When I got there, she wanted me to get acrylics or a manicure. I also booked for two people both full set gel x and pedicures and the text message confirming my services for 2 people. She wanted to tell me that I didn't book for two people. Go to Zen Nail Lounge in Twin Falls. It's a bit more pricey but the service is better. Don't waste your money at Adora don't recommend it! read more

I have been going here for a year now to get my pedicures and I will never return. The spa was hot on Friday 78 degrees hot and I was sweating using a paper to fan myself. I was in the very last chair( so no airflow from the open door) getting my pedicure and a woman worker YELLED from the front pedi chair where she was working ARE YOU DRUNK???? After traveling on a long Rv trip (38 days so far) my friend and I needed our nails done and some upkeep to our feet. We are so glad we chose this shop! They couldn't have been nicer. This was such a disappointment Made & confirmed appointment- when got there its as if it didn't matter. Ran 35 minutes late. Way over stretched their staff. The male technician took a nail file to my toes to remove my existing gel polish. He had little regard for where he was filing and caused 3 toes to bleed. He then complained that I shouldn't be upset and that he made a mistake. While the foils and nail polish remover sat on my toes and stung the new wounds, he began to pumice stone the bottom of my feet, with no lotion and without soaking my feet, causing more pain. When I asked "shouldn't my feet be soaked first?" all of the employees began to chatter in Vietnamese and make me feel very uncomfortable. They joked that they did not have time for my manicure. I left immediately after the pedicure and actually regret letting him finish the job. I've never had an experience like this at a nail salon. Do not recommend. read more

They have lots of stations and chairs for pedicures and manicures. Waited just a few minutes. My technician was very friendly and she did an excellent job. Price is fair for the quality. THE WORST!!!! I was a 1st time customer and will NEVER GO BACK!!! I went in asking for a gel manicure or shellac that would reinforce my natural nails because I have been working Very hard for months now to grow mine out. I had asked the nail tech (Ivy) several, SEVERAL times if the product she would be using on my natural nails would help reinforce them and not damage the growth I've obtained. I even debated on going anywhere to get mine done because they were holding up pretty strong. Ivy put on three (3) acrlyic nail tips on three (3) fingers my natural nails had broke on, she then put on arclyhic on those nails & put gel nail polish on my real nails. My real nails were already shaped (since I upkept them myself) however, Ivy charged me $54 for all of it. ONLY to have the gel RIP OFF ALL OF MY NATURAL NAILS ON MY RIGHT HAND AND RIP OFF MY NATURAL NAILS ON MY LEFT HAND SO BADLY THAT MY FINGER BEGAN BLEEDING!! I was told I was charged for the gel manicure, the tips and "shaping" in all I paid $59.00. When I went in for a refund and to voice my upset, Ivy got very defensive and tried to say that I clipped off the nails to get them redone for free, tried to tell me they don't give refunds and then pointed to the sign that states they have the right to refuse services to anyone. I told her I didn't want their services (since they were beyond subpar) & that I just wanted a refund, they refused to do-so. Take my advice and DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or consider your MONEY WASTED!!!!! read more

Visiting from out of town, walked in and was immediately seated for a pedicure. I was offered water or a soft drink and everyone was super friendly. Had a great chat with the lady doing my pedicure and she did an excellent job. The salon was SPOTLESS clean and all of the chairs, tables and equipment were in excellent condition. The whole visit was just so nice and started off my day on a great note. I would recommend this salon to anyone and will definitely be back when visiting, again! read more
