Like I get offered times for next week (does the bracket just hang there for a week?). And forget trying to get an appointment during non-school hours. Also, they give advice like "you should take nail clippers and cut poke-y wires yourself." Are you kidding me?!? Why am I paying for orthodontic care if I'm trying to jam a nail clipper into my kid's mouth?! Unreal. Maybe choose this practice if you're only doing Invisalign? I'm not sure they were the right choice for us, given all of this, and we've heard of other families making different decisions based on easier before/after school office hours. Just wanted to share for those still making decisions.

I had one made there, but when I went to pick it up, I noticed it wasn't fitted to cover all of my upper teeth. When I asked about it, I was told it wasn't anything to worry about -- but after doing some research, I felt otherwise. I reached out to Dr. Kravitz the very next morning, and within five minutes, I received a response. Not only did he reassure me, but he generously offered to make me a new night guard free of charge and got me in the very next day. Dr. Levine was super knowledgeable and detailed with the consultation. He has 30 years of experience and my friend told me she went there years ago and they did such a great job with her teeth. Reason we did not go with them is the distance from where we live. I wanted to shoot my shot because I heard nothing but great things about this place. Pricing is better than North Potomac Ortho too. Definitely shop around before committing, it makes a difference. This would have been first pick if it wasn't far from home.

I wanted to get a second opinion on their recommended patient plan so I had them speak to a family friend who was also my hometown dentist. Dr. Tisseront was more than happy to take the time to call my friend after office hours and spend more than an hour explaining his recommendation. I have been wearing harmony braces (hidden behind your teeth) for three months now and everyone is amazed at how quickly my teeth have moved. I already have a beautiful smile! When all is said and done I will have spent upwards of 10K (they have a very reasonable payment plan) but I don't think I would trust anyone else with my teeth at this point and feel like this was a truly an investment well made.
