Randy is as down to earth and straightforward person as you could hope for. I appreciate an owner who is involved in the job. Communication was great, timely, professional and polite. Work was done in a timely fashion and Randy provided me nearly 50 pictures of before, during and after stages. I saw what was wrong with my roof (did a tear off not a reroof) and how it was fixed. Had some bad boards (it's dimensional lumber not sheathing as it's an old house). I have new gutters and gutter guards that still look great in the photos.
