I asked that they be replaced with the same prescription I already had for reading with no change to the distance. They asked me back to check the glasses, and did an eye exam. They then billed me outside of my insurance for that exam since I'd just had a covered exam from the first, incorrect pair. Was told that lights stayed off due to keeping energy costs down. The receptionist was a sweetheart but Owyoung was a mean c.u.n.t and I felt as if she rushed my eye exam. She acted as if I was wasting her time. Long story short, took over 5 weeks to receive my glasses! AND I CAN'T SEE OR READ WITH THE GLASSES ON!
