To add, Rodriguez Lawn Care isn't just 'lawn care'- they actually run the gamut: decking, exterior painting, irrigation systems, etc. Instead of opting for the large shrubs, we considered the younger plants as opposed to the full-grown kind since we want to see their progression. So Fabricio selected small Boxwoods and Spirea for the walkway to start for now. Communication between hubs and Fabricio has been crystal clear in the last 2 months and we have no complaints. When we're not around, he has full access of the outside grounds and takes care of business.

The two areas not done do not have steep slopes, yet they are certainly sloped. Since I do not go on the roof, I did not see this failure for awhile. I didn't think anything of it when there were 10-15 packs of shingles left over, until later when I saw that these areas had not been done. In addition, the ceiling in a room upstairs goes up to the roof and many, many roof in jails came through it. Eventually I hired someone else to cut all of the nails off. I called and sent pictures twice. The woman that I spoke with said hat she would forward everythIng to Fred and he would get in toush with me. It has been months and I have had no response. My husband passed away in November of 2023 and I am dealing with many things that are new to me. I feel somewhat taken advantage of.
