Upon review I found their email confirmations and info doesn't match what they have on their website . I demanded a refund and all I've seen today 2-1-21 is processing for a " partial " refund with no amount or time frame . I contacted them yet again via email demanding my full refund and for it not to take another 3 days since I paid for a product and service they failed to provide . The number they list to call or text is a joke - nobody responds and nobody answers when you call . This place has now put me behind a total of 5 days for nothing . I am contacting the BBB also . If you pay for something you should get it . This is a rip off . I would not advise anybody to even waste your time on this business . It's slack, unprofessional and a rip off . Now I'm waiting on my 185$ to be back in my account so I can find a REAL place that actually delivers when you order and pay . I only checked one star because there's no option for a zero . Bottom line, I paid this company $214.00 for 6 yards of mulch in May and never received it! After various excuses, such a breakdowns, undependable employees, a camper fire, etc, ...I finally asked for a refund on May 28, which to date I have yet to receive! I was promised a refund on 6/5, but my money was never returned to my bank account. So I filed a claim with my bank for them to get it back. The bank has reached out to the merchant, but they have not responded...I have emailed them, texted them, and called them....they are not responding to me either! So I have filed a consumer complaint with the states attorney general, because this company is a rip off and should loose their business license...please avoid them at all costs...they will gladly take your money and give you nothing but a headache! One star is too good for them!
