It was a tricky job because access to the tree was limited and the tree's branches stretched over two roofs, making it a real challenge for any size crane. I got several estimates from tree companies in Charlotte which were much more expensive and less sure about being able to do the job without damaging landscaping in my backyard. However Fisher assured me they could tackle the job with precision and at a reasonable price! And so the choice was easy. I went with Fisher and I am delighted to say that I did not sacrifice quality for affordability. Fisher efficiently and safely removed this gigantic behemoth of a tree. Currently, Fisher's is sitting out front of my house on the street making all kinds of noise cutting and chipping another neighbor's tree while I work on a project (I work from home). It's like Fisher's came and parked right in front of me to remind me that they never responded to my inquiry. Lack of response makes a customer feel quite insignificant. I try to be reasonable and courteous because that's how I like to be treated. I have no specific vendetta against the company, but this has been my experience with Fisher's. This one has irked me to say the least.

The owner remembered us and was happy to help coordinate this surprise! The job was done quickly, the guys were respectful of the property, even took care not to hurt the flowers, and cleaned up everything. This review takes place a few months after the install because I wanted to be sure the gutters would hold up well and not leak during the colder weather. As it's now almost April 1st, I think they are safe. I really can't say enough positive things abut this small local company. These guys are great. Forget the big chain companies, support the little guy. We talked about cleaning the siding, I think I'll be booking that this year.

They "limbed and trimmed" 9 Pin Oaks that suffered from contractor planting and not much care for the last 15 years, and took on an equally neglected sugar maple and a Japanese maple as well as a few other smaller trees. It all looks great! Importantly, their work was on time and professional, and they cleaned the grounds well afterwards - including an extra drive by to look for hangers-on!
