They replaced the pipes, sub-floors and remedied the mold on some of the beams. This was a airbnb so they did the work in a timely manner in time for our next guests arrival. They went out of their way to go the extra mile, they picked up a new shower door for me and made several trips to Loew's to make the job right. They even helped me pick out the shower tiles and shower door. They went above and beyond and the value was excellent. Their prices for this work were more than fair and reasonable and I can't say enough about the work and professionalism

Living Nightmare! Don't fall for this guy's seeming pleasant demeanor when he gives you his…read moreestimate! Says one thing, does whatever he feels like! Lost about $15,000!!! He claims to know all, do all, but in reality his knowledge & experience is very limited! Most of what he did has to be repaired, partially or totally redone!!! Knows nothing of ponds or horses. The retaining pond he put in turned into an unmaintainable wet spot within one winter. The drainage ditch he put in is undersized & the 2 culverts he put in were half the size they should have been! System failed upon first heavy rain sending debris onto my property. Don't let him touch your creek either! Severe erosion due to improper & insufficient rock placement. Puts road bond & landscape cloth everywhere but where they should be. Put the wrong footing on my barn floor. Wouldn't answer my phone messages or pick up phone for 8+ months until I called from another number. Had to hire a retired contractor & engineer just to squeeze out a fraction of his warranty which ended up being just putting in the right size culverts & removing the wrong flooring from my barn floor. Very nasty & belligerent, demanding a positive review in return which I refused. Very dishonest-- Perhaps a compulsive liar? Very overpriced as well. Stay away at all costs! Better off just not doing your project than hiring him!!!
