From his numerous samples, we chose a laminate that is very natural looking that many of our guests could not believe it was not real wood (even from looking at it inches away.) He also installed plush berber carpets in our bedrooms which were done well. While one of the seams were not done to my satisfaction, he had his men come out and do it again. While he doesn't sell tiles, he has a person that does tiling for our kitchen, and did a great job. I had to supply the tiles. Lastly, we just recently found out that he does Plantation (French) Shutters, and kitchen cabinets, which we will be using Roger to do so.

Our home had wall-to-wall mismatched carpet, and new flooring was the first big ticket item on our list. We put out feelers on Yelp and met with a handful of flooring companies, went to a lot of showrooms, and did a ton of research. Ultimately, we chose Triple A for their patience, honesty, feedback, and reviews. Boy did we get exactly the type of service every homeowner dreams of getting. The day before install, I was very nervous about the process so Bradley and Danny stopped by to reassure me and walk me through the entire process. This was after we spent a week or so going back and forth on carpet. We ended doing most of our home in McMillan Niobe waterproof laminate and the bedrooms with a plush carpet. The install was seamless and they even patched up some concrete cracks and took extra care to protect our flooring from water that may or may not be coming in from outside on our concrete slab. Their care and concern for our home was absolutely the best. Fast forward a month or so down the road, and our new home has multiple plumbing leaks including a slab leak which soaked a portion of our carpet in our closet and bedroom. Bradley stopped by on his way home to pull up the carpet, cut out the wet padding, and assured us it could be salvaged. They'll be coming back out once the repairs are done to reset the carpet. On top of all this phenomenal customer service, they're ordering our flooring for another customer, and called to see if we wanted to order extra boxes because we were only left with one plank after the job was done. I mentioned this after the install and they remembered. If you're going to get your floors done, there's no better team out there than Triple A flooring. Their carpet installer was so kind, answered all of our crazy carpet questions, and even helped us salvage a few pieces that we turned into a hallway runner. Don't go anywhere else, use Triple A!

We used this company for a full home (2500 sq feet) flooring installation. We are happy with the…read morefloor we chose. The installation was extremely poor. We have 6 steps that were laid unevenly so they are broken and cracked. It happened almost immediately so yes, they did come out and replace the broken steps initially. A few months later, it happened again. And again. They came out, I believe twice, to replace until, "oops" your warranty is no longer valid. So now, we just have these effed up cracked steps. The rest of the house is great. Just use caution because I don't think the installers they used know how to account for any irregularities. For reference- my husband is 5'11 and 190lb and my son is 6'2 and 185lbs. I am 5'7 and 145lbs. We are not overweight or extremely heavy people. We also do not have pets.
