Robert and his assistant are professionals and communicate effectively - qualities required to run a successful business, I think. Robert and his assistant was thorough when steam cleaning the heavily stained sectional sofa, area rug, and dining room chairs. They cannot work miracles and could not tackle some of the stains entirely, especially when you're up against a two year old toddler, a 6 year old child, and dogs, making the mess, even while equipped with a high water pressure, 200+ degree vacuum. Although, I am certain people with kids and dogs would understand and can relate. I must say, though, it is a big improvement in comparison to how they were previously.
