I would give more stars than 5 if possible. Jose handled our mom's house with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Over the years my mom had many, many dogs and the carpet was ruined. We tore the carpet and padding out and the concrete slab floor was in really bad shape as far as pet odor. Jose worked over the course of several days sanitizing and disinfecting the concrete slab and then, once the odor was gone, he sealed it. The problem was fixed - the odor gone. These guys truly delivered! We had an emergency dog doo doo situation and they were able to come same day and clean it all up! They were thorough and took care of a white rug and white sofa. Super happy with the service I received! The company I previously used for my annual carpet cleanings dropped off the face of the earth so after some research I reached out to JJ Carpet Care on a Thursday and scheduled a carpet cleaning for the following Monday. I received a quote for 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs as well as a time frame of 1 pm to 3pm. Jose was great at communicating the day of and arrived a little after 2 pm. He took a look at all the carpeted areas and then got started. I was able to continue working downstairs as he worked upstairs. He finished the job in less than 2 hours and even offered to clean my living room rug for free! A lot of carpet cleaners will give you a quote and then massively up charge you for additional services later on but that wasn't the case here. Once here he cleaned a large area rug in our living room which had foot traffic stains, another large area rug in our bedroom that had older pet urine and some foot traffic stains, and a hallway rug with foot traffic stains. Jose didn't ask for a review but I feel compelled to write one because he did a fantastic job in stretching and cleaning the carpets in my 3 bedroom with closets. I contacted him on Friday. He gave me an estimate based on the information I gave him and agreed to do the job next day at the schedule I needed. I appreciate him rearranging his schedule to fit mine. After he finished the carpet, he did an experiment on the dirty linoleum floor I have in the garage and patio and found that he could clean it. Guess what? Although JJ Carpet Care was not the cheapest, it was also not the most expensive. Jose of JJ Carpet Care arrived on time and spent a lot of time cleaning our very large couch. We also had some deeply stained carpets from the dogs peeing on it. Jose was able to remove 99% of the stains. You can only see the stains with some imagination. Hooray for Jose. After dealing with an unreliable company who gives 4 hours windows and managed to still double book. JJ carpet came through with in the same day. I called Jose around 9am to see if he had any availability today and he managed to squeeze me in from 12-2 (2 hour window)! Score! He came on time, was efficient, gave me recommendations and was off to steam cleaning. I also made sure to double check everything he used was eco friendly since I have cats.. and it was! He left my carpet smelling like citrus and looking brand spanking new. I have light cream colored carpet, so I like to get them cleaned yearly. You would think my carpets were a mess cause of my cats but I plead the fifth. I'm the one always dropping food and for some reason coconut water on it. Five-star-experience each step of the process - I can't recommend Jose enough I called to request a quote - he gave me the best price out of the services I chose to call, and picked up promptly both times I called. He arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled time and assessed the space. I was worried his quote would go up, as I've read can happen with other cleaners, but Jose stuck to his estimate. Of particular note is our condo has carpeted stairs from BOTH the garage AND the front door. They were already discolored when we moved in, and have only gotten worse over two years. Jose went over them again - at no charge - to to get them as clean as possible, and I can't believe how different they look now! I know Jose also offers carpet repair services, although we ultimately decided the small patch in a closet corner wasn't worth repairing. I have faith from how he endeavored to clean our place that it would've been a great job though. JJ Carpet (the main guy I spoke to was Daniel and I booked through him) did an awesome job deep cleaning my carpet. I have both regular plush carpeting and designer fiber carpeting in the common areas in my house, and since I have pets and kids who come in and out of the house with dirty feet often, they track dirt at times. The cleaning job was impeccable and made our carpets look like new!
