Super happy with the service I received! The company I previously used for my annual carpet cleanings dropped off the face of the earth so after some research I reached out to JJ Carpet Care on a Thursday and scheduled a carpet cleaning for the following Monday. I received a quote for 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs as well as a time frame of 1 pm to 3pm. Jose was great at communicating the day of and arrived a little after 2 pm. He took a look at all the carpeted areas and then got started. I was able to continue working downstairs as he worked upstairs. He finished the job in less than 2 hours and even offered to clean my living room rug for free! A lot of carpet cleaners will give you a quote and then massively up charge you for additional services later on but that wasn't the case here. Five-star-experience each step of the process - I can't recommend Jose enough [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called to request a quote - he gave me the best price out of the services I chose to call, and picked up promptly both times I called.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled time and assessed the space. I was worried his quote would go up, as I've read can happen with other cleaners, but Jose stuck to his estimate. Of particular note is our condo has carpeted stairs from BOTH the garage AND the front door. They were already discolored when we moved in, and have only gotten worse over two years. Jose went over them again - at no charge - to to get them as clean as possible, and I can't believe how different they look now! Hooray for Jose. After dealing with an unreliable company who gives 4 hours windows and managed to still double book. JJ carpet came through with in the same day. I called Jose around 9am to see if he had any availability today and he managed to squeeze me in from 12-2 (2 hour window)! Score! He came on time, was efficient, gave me recommendations and was off to steam cleaning. I also made sure to double check everything he used was eco friendly since I have cats.. and it was! He left my carpet smelling like citrus and looking brand spanking new. I have light cream colored carpet, so I like to get them cleaned yearly. JJ Carpet (the main guy I spoke to was Daniel and I booked through him) did an awesome job deep cleaning my carpet. I have both regular plush carpeting and designer fiber carpeting in the common areas in my house, and since I have pets and kids who come in and out of the house with dirty feet often, they track dirt at times. The cleaning job was impeccable and made our carpets look like new! - Showed up 4.5 HOURS late, completely ruining my plans for the entire day and derailing the rest of the week - Broke a lamp and tried to hide it in a box - Did not get out ANY stains (this wasn't obvious until the carpet dried) - They claim they don't use soap but somehow my carpet ended up soapy. Once dry my soft shag rug became stiff, sticky, and uncomfortable. - I did a test rinse on one spot on the carpet myself after they left and it was still filthy. I was later able to get some stains out with Folex, but many of the stains are hopeless, so I guess that's not entirely their fault. We asked them to come back to try to rinse out the soap.
