Prior to moving into my new home, I hired Brite Spots to clean the carpet in 3 bedrooms. Gus was very friendly over the phone and helped me to quickly make an appt. He gave me an estimate on cost and some days later a gentleman whose name I can't remember (my apologies) showed up. My water was not turned on yet, but this guy made it work! I was very appreciative that. One of the bedrooms had a gnarly stain and he warned me that he may not be able to get it out. He offered to try to remove the stain with additional products and effort for an extra cost. I agreed, but it still did not work. Along with the one large stain, there are remnants of an additional couple of stains in the other rooms. For all of the additional add ons and cost, I would say the pricing of this company is fairly reasonable - I would have appreciated if they waved some of that since the stains did not come out, but unfortunately that was not offered. I hired this company to clean my 8x10 area rug. Before cleaning, there was no purple stain on the rug. After their cleaning service and while the rug was drying, a noticeable purple stain along with others appeared. I sent before-and-after photos and was told someone would review them and contact me. Despite multiple promises of a callback, I never heard back. Their quote even stated, "All stains and spots will be removed GUARANTEED," yet they would not address a stain that appeared after their service. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I cannot recommend this company. I did want to start by saying that the scheduler was very attentive. They came within a few hours and were on time to the scheduled appointment which is great. However, for the cleaning... We were upsold another $30 to do a stain removal, which we did need in some areas, and those stains were taken out... I was not fully impressed with the cleaning after it was done, but I knew that you would have to wait for it to dry completely to see the results. Fast-forward to the stairs being dry; I was pretty upset to see that he focused mainly on the traffic area which was the middle of the stairs and did not give much attention to the sides of the stairs. I was expecting a thorough job because of how much the technician talked about the stairs being dirty (I know, that's why you're here). Today I got My carpet cleaned for My apartment . I was guaranteed that the stains would be removed. That was the first lie I was told. Long story short the job was done horribly . There's a bunch of minimal stains still that I was able to remove. The tech was very nice, professional, and friendly and finished shampooing my living room, a flight of stairs, and a hallway in an hour and 15 minutes.
