I rarely leave a review for small business's because I know how hard it is to run a small business since I have worked for one for most of my many years on this planet. We work too hard for our money to pay and now have to pay someone else to fix the problem they refuse to help us with.

Until a few weeks back, all was great. Then suddenly they crew stopped coming. first we just thought maybe some were sick and couldn't make it. After a few weeks and no communications, we called the crew manager as well as the Atlas office and we received no call back or information. we finally heard they disbanded the maintenance crews and fired all of the staff. they NEVER told us, the customer. they NEVER offered us a refund for the services paid for and not provided. what kind of company does this??? PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE HIRING ATLAS THAT SOMETHING HAS CHANGED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
