We have worked with this company twice and we are delighted with the work that they do. On both occasions we had them come out to remove branches that were too close to our home, or overhanging our roof. Tyler is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. He always sends me text photos during the job (because I'm at work) so that I can see how things are going. We are always pleased to find the work site clean and tidy when we get home. And he does an excellent job of doing what we ask. Our most recent request was insurance compliance for branches within 5 feet of the house and he did a stellar job. I feel like we have truly complied and he did it within a day. Also, his rates are far more reasonable than other tree companies we have worked with in the past. Highly recommend them. read more

Tyler and his crew are awesome! They were recommended by a friend, who had used them for a couple different jobs. Tyler has been to my home three times now. Once to shape a maple tree, a Mimosa, a Redbud, and a coastal oak. He did a great job and worked quickly. He came back a second time to pull out a shrub that was not doing well, then came a third time to shape my three Olive trees. When storms knocked down trees near our home, we looked for a felling service to remove five large Monterey pines that threatened our home. Tyler worked with our budget and our desire to preserve and create habitat, while also informing us about safety issues for his crew. We'd had another service out that dropped a tree within 18" of the house, so we were concerned about finding someone who would do better. Tyler and his crew did much better. I recently had Tyler of Arborists That Climb prune my huge front yard tree in Santa Rosa. A wonderful job. The cuts were not visible but only a much lighter and natural looking tree. Although the pruned tree was quite balanced, he even came back so satisfy my neighbor who wanted some additional pruning of branches over hanging their driveway. I had a huge sycamore tree on the property I manage and was recommended this company. Steve and his crew, Jared and David came out to do the job. Steve (the owner) got up into that huge tree and took it down piece by piece like it was nothing. He was so professional that he didn't hit my building or bushes on the lawn and every piece of that tree came down with ease. Steve is so darn professional and speaks to his guys in such a calm and friendly tone you'd think they were his own kids. Steve Garrison and his crew just cut down a huge Monterey pine in my backyard that was dead. They did a fabulous job: they had to dig up some bushes for protection, which they then replanted, they cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day, were friendly and polite.
