I always go way over board on parties and then am stressed out on party day, but having it here the owner was so amazing and helpful that I was actually able to enjoy the party! She stepped up and went over and beyond when we needed it, but also gave us space to do our thing when it was time too. The party moved so smoothly and everyone had an amazing time! Our go to birthday/ party place from here on out! And the icing on the cake, the prices and packages are super reasonable for getting a PRIVATE use of the facility! They weren't even touching you didn't have to pull them apart or anything. Please always check your food before leaving, they almost got me.

She got to build her own $2 bear, and the whole experience was fun, hands-on, and clearly designed with kids in mind. Also, the tea was old, and the salad bar was minimal. At the Chuck E. Cheese in our town, they have onions, eggs, sunflower seeds... Just a lot more options than what this one has. The two stars is really because when we were finished playing, we went to the desk to cash in our tokens for prizes and we were told that "we couldn't do that today ". They said there was just too many of us to be able to cash our tokens in. That's absolutely stupid because there were only four of us at the counter at the time! All the staff was nice except for the girl working the front register . Her attitude is terrible. Was ordering wings and she didn't know how to use the Groupon, no big deal. I wanted to change the flavor on the wing. She took a deep breath and was like ugh let me start all over. She moved slow and she spoke so low I could hardly hear her. Anyway didn't let it ruin the party. The pizza isn't as good as it used to be and the wing tastes like the frozen Tyson wings. $30 for 14 wings . Not worth it.
