They get all the same movies as the big city theaters for about half the price! There is ample street parking around the neighborhood of Coaldale. The backlit overhead marquee makes a nice photo-op if you are posting to Facebook about what movie you are about to see. Do this before you get to your seats (unless you want to do it *after* seeing the movie) because once you get too far beyond the entrance, you lose signal (I have AT&T/Cricket.)

Was here this past Saturday for Guillermo del Toro's "Frankenstein" and got a matinee ticket, soda, and popcorn, for twenty-one bucks. Can't beat that kind of a deal these days. The men's restroom at this theater is quite possibly the filthiest and rankest of all time. The smell was so bad I literally kept trying to dry heave. My spouse who has been in the army, and has witnessed some nasty shit agreed. The theatre is old and it shows. This place was sad. I can't believe it.

I went for a refund to my credit card, not cash, and they said they wouldn't do it without a receipt; which they have a record of on a credit card. they said they would reissue tickets for a different show time and when I declined and said I would not be returning to this theatre, and felt uncomfortable even coming back for a refund but was told I had to do it in person, I was laughed at by a manager and told, "That was Saturday, not today." was given a customer service number to call and dispute with and will be doing that tomorrow.
