The nursery staff has taught me about which plants can tolerate which conditions and the plant pharmacy people taught me about which type of fertilizer to use when during the growing season for my vegetables. The greenhouse people helped me choose just the right plants for the right amount of sun around my house. I used to think this was the high end plant shop but their everyday prices on flats and veggies are super, and the recent weekend sales have been amazing.
