Natorp's was completely different and above and beyond our expectations! As soon as you drive in, it's beautiful and clearly marked. The woman at the customer service desk directed us to a perennial specialist who was so knowledgeable with 30+ years of experience! She helped us find everyone on our list and more. The plants are so well organized, labeled, and easy to find. And they were so healthy- even though it was fall when we visited! I can't stress enough how helpful everyone here was. We were helped by at least 4 people who were so smiley and engaging and willing to find anything for us. They shared that they grow everything there and that they have hundreds of acres! And the prices... you would expect a place like this to charge more for the experience and plant quality but they are an outlet so the prices are amazing. My mother in law is a seasoned gardener and told us she had paid almost 3x what we were paying for some of our plants. You get the "club price" just for buying it- so easy! They will load the plants in your car after, truly taking care of you until the last moment. We were still shopping til closing time and they didn't rush us out and helped us even a few minutes before close. This was a bit of a drive from us but worth every minute! We already know we'll come back when it's time to plant more of our yard, and will recommend it to anyone in the market for plants and a wonderful customer service experience.

Their houseplant selection is incredible. The greenhouse is bright and clearly well maintained. It's one of those places where you can wander around for a while just admiring everything they have. I've gotten some of my favorite plants here, and occasionally they will have a plant sale. They also carry a great variety of outdoor plants including herbs, flowers, and landscaping plants. I've picked up starter vegetables like tomatoes here before and they grew beautifully in my garden. Another fun part of the store is their gift shop. They have lots of nature themed decorations, fairy garden pieces, and small garden accessories that are really cute. They also have a big selection of ceramic pots along with concrete statues and garden decor. Every time I stop in, I always leave with more than I planned because everything here is so great. I will say that I bought one of the best watermelons of my life. It was just a quarter wedge, pre-cut. It was perfect in every way. My baby and I ate the entire thing in one sitting. I grabbed a yellow zucchini because it was big and robust and bright yellow, and I had never tried one before. Oh!
