She has a great eye and paid attention to my feedback and used it to create something I love looking at everyday when I get home from work. I was on the calendar waiting my turn and they were pretty much on time- which is crazy for a landscaping company during peak season. The last few times I had landscaping done (with a different company) they kept postponing the install and it was several weeks later than originally planned. That company did a great job with the install but their planning and customer service were lacking. But not with Nashscapes. They plan very well. It was a two day job. They pulled all my weeds and installed dozens of perennial plants. Then finished it off with some mulch. They hauled away my old, ugly planters that were filled with dirt. They added amendments to my soil to help my plants grow. I'm thrilled with the outcome and even happier with the customer service. It's very hard to find a company that provides a great service and great customer service. I recently had them come back out to stake up a fruit tree that was leaning too much and they'll be back again to put my blackberries on a beautiful trellis. In the Fall, I'm planning to have them install some evergreens as a privacy screen. I've definitely found the company that I want to work with to make my backyard the magical place I want it to be. I asked them to tell me when is the best time to do this work. They told me whenever I want. There was heavy rain the day they did the work. When they were done I saw a drain sticking up from the dirt, open with no cover. I asked them what is that. They told me I have to buy a cover for it. Fast forward two months later, there are weeds and grass coming through the mulch everywhere. The dirt near the drain is sinking. My neighbors told me I should have hired a landscaper who knew they needed to extend the drain to the curb.

I was amazed by the efficiency and care taken so that none of the fallen tree branches ever came close to hitting the house! In addition to removing the Elm, there were small Cedars that were removed, along with pruning limbs from other trees. They did a remarkable job!! The price was very reasonable too. Vladimir said before they did the work they would leave the yard just as they found it. That is exactly what was done!!
