Trees started exploding and falling from the frigid low tempatures. We lost electricity for 5 days. All of the companies we called were overwhelmed by the storm and said they could not make it us. There were downed trees blocking the way. We started to loose hope when the temperature went to near 4 degrees during all of this; a water pipe under our home had burst resulting in no water to our home. We called one last time for help and made contact with Magnolia Tree services who had helped us a few years back. They were able to make a path to us and bring us life saving firewood through the massive ice storm, downed trees and dangerous icy terrain. Two of their team members even came back the next day and fixed our water pipes. They also cleared trees and debris to give us access out of here and provided aid to our neighbors who are elderly. Thank you so much Carly, Clayton and Luke ( also the rest of the team who have went above & beyond). We believe you saved our lives. I had Nashscapes do an install a few weeks ago. The owner, Maggie, put together a design for me…read morethat I love. She has a great eye and paid attention to my feedback and used it to create something I love looking at everyday when I get home from work. I was on the calendar waiting my turn and they were pretty much on time- which is crazy for a landscaping company during peak season. The last few times I had landscaping done (with a different company) they kept postponing the install and it was several weeks later than originally planned. That company did a great job with the install but their planning and customer service were lacking. But not with Nashscapes. They plan very well. It was a two day job. They pulled all my weeds and installed dozens of perennial plants. Then finished it off with some mulch. They hauled away my old, ugly planters that were filled with dirt. They added amendments to my soil to help my plants grow. I'm thrilled with the outcome and even happier with the customer service. It's very hard to find a company that provides a great service and great customer service. I recently had them come back out to stake up a fruit tree that was leaning too much and they'll be back again to put my blackberries on a beautiful trellis. In the Fall, I'm planning to have them install some evergreens as a privacy screen. I've definitely found the company that I want to work with to make my backyard the magical place I want it to be. I highly suggest you try Nashscapes if you're looking to make your yard more attractive. They also offer maintenance and lawn service.

Multiple things went wrong as well as they subcontracted my job out without telling me. Broken pipes. Cut Xfinity cable wiring. Zone coverage issues. Etc.. My project went through 3 contractors during that time. They apologized and told me that was not the way they want to do business. Fast forward one year. I have had to have Nashville irrigation and lighting come out to fix issues with their work 3 times. My .25 acre yard wasn't probably enough for them to worry about doing well. Just be careful hiring them for irrigation.
