What a great experience I had today with Dr. Machler! I have family that have been going to him for…read moreyears, but I had never went because he was out of network. But after trying different doctors, I decided that I would rather go to someone that is trusted; and what a great decision. From start to finish, it was such a comfortable experience; the office staff were friendly and helpful, the nurse that came in was comforting, and Dr. Machler took the time to get to know me as a person, as well as my skin. She's very good as she performs professional accurate care. She did several skin cancer screenings, and remove a few small things she didn't like with a laser. In addition to skin checks and dermatological issues, I have gotten Botox, chemical peels, & laser hair removal treatments and I appreciate that she has never tried to over sell me on any of those things. She's modest in that sense. Finally, I suffered a miscarriage before a visit with her and when she asked me how I was doing, I told her about it and started to cry. She gave me a big, long hug and took the time to sit and talk with me. That meant the world to me. At one point she has some issues finding quality staff to work for her so please don't let that deter you from seeing her as a physician. That's not her fault. I highly recommend using her as a dermatologist.

When i questioned him about the safety of the drugs he got irritated and said why must I be so negative. I tried explaining that I've had severe reactions to a number of drugs but he didn't want to hear it and handed me a stack of papers nearly 3/4 inch thick about the drugs he says i should be taking. I personally believe he never reviewed the list of drugs i was currently taking. So my entire double appointment was a commercial. Do what you want but I'd NEVER recommend Randolph Dermatology to anyone. I'd rate them in the negative numbers but this site doesn't allow that.

What a complete waste of my time. The intake was smooth and straight to the point. The wait wasn't…read morelong and I'm sure it's because this doctor does the bare minimum. He literally gave me a first bump and told me what he was prescribing me. He only check my scalped concerns after my inquiry and a potential deeper dive into my issue. He was literally in the room for 3 mins before rushing out to just chat wit his staff. Never asked to see the form or go over any other concerns. To top of it, there were two people behind the desk. They asked me what my pharmacy was , and he clearly stated the scripts would be sent and they'd be ready in the latest a few hours. To no surprise THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL THEM IN!!!! I went Friday and Sunday and nothing was called in. While it may not be an issue for him but my money and time are valuable and from the reviews this is common place for him...not good playing with peoples hard earned money and time.
