But it was my spider veins that brought me in the clinic lol. I pretty much believed my physical issues was due to age and weight solely. Then I found out I had venous insufficiency. Dr. Dyson with his amazing bedside manor made me feel comfortable about the procedures. He has demonstrated determination and patience while working on my difficult veins. I appreciate him and the staff that assists him. From Julissa (front desk) and Janisty who will help and assist you in any way possible. Oleh and Olga are thorough (ultrasound techs). And Catherine (Med Assistant) relaxes you everytime you enter the surgery room. Overall, I would recommend this particular office. It's a brand new (modern) facility and I know your experience would be as pleasant as mine is.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was seamless -- front desk check-in was efficient and welcoming, vitals were taken promptly, and I was able to see the doctor quickly. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. After a frustrating morning elsewhere, the professionalism and care shown here made such a difference. Nobody in the emergency 130am and wait 2.5 hours left at 4am. Btw the old security guard must have said he was calling the police about 20 times while we where there just for inquiring about how much longer, especially since the face kept bleeding everywhere. Worst hospital ever. Went to mountainside hospital, first thing - was given a warm blanket you can imagine the excellent service you get when trained compassionate staff treat you human.
