They greet you by name, make sure you always have appts booked and take care of all your insurance needs. The PT area is very comfortable and clean, beds are sprayed and wiped down and pillow cases changed after every patient. I'd heard that Full Knee Replacement therapy can be grueling, but Laura Squicciarini and her trained PT staff made me feel quite at ease under their care and direction. That was not my experience at all, they couldn't have been nicer. They let my kids hang out and play, and the receptionist knew when I was bringing them and often helped to keep them entertained. I was so sad when I was finished with my therapy because it was such an enjoyable part of my day. Not only that, but the actual therapy went better than I had expected based on other PT experiences I have had. Highly recommend.

They initially told me everything was covered by insurance. Ok, great! Then, after a few weeks, I got a bill. Whatever. I paid it. Then, a few weeks later I got another bill. Then today I got a third. I have zero tolerance for double and triple billing. So now I have to spend my free time fixing their mistake. It's a shame the billing department isn't as good as the physical therapists. What a shame. Add this to the places to avoid.
