Hi everyone, I'm writing this review not for my own sake, I'm writing this for everyone, to help, and to know, and to realize reality, and for justice. This DMV in Gardena, full of racist, and unfair instructors,one of them is Javier. I was taking classes at Trucking college, and my instructors in there tought me to every detail of the truck, and i studied very hard, and remember all of the details. They also told me that for CDL exam, I have to pass Air Brake and in cab inspection test 100%, and for outside truck it would be three sections A,B, and C. And examiner will ask only one section, and I have to pass 67% for outside inspection. So, on the day of exam, eximiner looked at me from down, and was so rude, didn't even listen what I was talking about. By the way it was my secon try. Because on the first try I had the same experience that's another reason why I'm writing this review. So, on that day, the person disrespected me treated so bad, I started talking, I did 100% on Air Brake and In Cab Inspection, and we came to outside inspection. He forced me to talk about the whole truck. I spoke about everything, i just missed only 4 parts, have to mention in total truck has 132 parts, and i pointed 3 details for each part. Because I missed 4 parts, I supposed to have 128 parts with 3 details each. And the instructor Javier ( I found out his name 4 days later after my exam, because he never told me his name) told me that I scored only 52 percent, how come, how is that ever possible.? If the truck itself has 132 parts to talk about, and while I talked about almost all of them, how I can score only 52 %. This is not right! I'm sure there is something wrong is going on. I watched those instructors examining others, they did the same behavior to most of the students, who had good knowledge, BUT who didn't pay undertable. They let to pass to those who doesn't even have any single English language, BUT who paid them undertable. I have disabled child, who was born with visual impairment, and many other disability diagnoses. I don't have money to pay to them illegally. I barely handled to pay for my school, I borrowed money from some of my friends, so after receiving my CDL and working I could return their money. But after these couple of examiners, I'm losing my trust. I thought USA never let's for corruption to happen in here. Feeling so sad, that some of unfair people misusing their positions. I'm begging for Justice from SACRAMENTO DMV to clean up corruption and monitor such a situation, in order to help people who has disabled children like me, and who can't afford to pay extra illegall money to those unfair people, and to support people struggling no matter how hard they study and, no matter how high knowledge they have. By the way Javier is not the only instructor who is misusing his position, Mario is worse than him. And there are many of them I don't know all of their names. This place is full of racist instructors. One of them is Mario. He only let's to pass people who pays to him under table. And he hates religious people. Racist man. He is not the only one, there are too many of them in this Gardena CDTC. He doesn't care how much knowledge you have, and how ready you are for Inspection test, and what percentage you spoke to him about track. He doesn't even count your points properly. He would just tell you you didn't pass, and you don't have enough points. Which means you didn't pay to him under table. Please, Please, Please, people who really are human beings, who are working for real for Government in Sacramento DMV, who controls California DMV, Please take care of CORRUPTION in California DMV's. People who work hard to study and try their best, and who has kids with disabilities they need to take care of, they are sticking for justice from you. Please support simple human beings, in California, Please Support Justice in this area. And get rid of Racists, an CORRUPTION. I thought USA doesn't have CORRUPTION, and this instructors in Gardena CDTC are polluting this country's clean name. I am writing to formally add to a complaint regarding an incident I witnessed during a recent visit to the DMV. While I was waiting for my father to complete his appointment, I observed staff at window number 7 speaking in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner to a customer who appeared unable to read or fully understand English. The staff member repeatedly raised their voice and told the individual, "Just read!" rather than offering guidance or support. As a first-generation daughter, this situation was especially upsetting to witness. Many individuals rely on patience and assistance when navigating important services like the DMV, particularly when language barriers are present. It was disheartening to see a lack of empathy and professionalism in a public service setting. I felt compelled to step in and offer my own assistance to help the applicant understand what was needed. However, it should not fall on other customers to provide support when staff are responsible for assisting the public. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that staff receive additional training on how to appropriately assist individuals with language barriers and maintain respectful communication. read more

This place is full of racist instructors. One them is Mario and Javyer . I would advise you not to get a certificate from this dmv if you like bribes get it all here . If your nationality Spanish you can get easy that certificate , or before examine you have to give bribes money . I would like a government kick out like that people I hope I want to send the Sacramento office to that report. Mario and Javyer not responsible students just who's going to give money he's gonna pass it if you don't have money you're not past it I would Like Sacramento office clean it Gardena dmv workers . I don't understood if DMV is corruption what we gonna do where we have to go , who's going to clean it like this people. Cynthia is an awful examiner. Disqualified me on the road for something that didn't happen. When we returned to the DMV, we discussed the incident. And she knew she was wrong and still failed me. I understand needing strict but fair guidelines to get your license. Most of us only have 10 hours of drive experience. She was rude and unpleasant the ENTIRE exam. Her corrections were very harsh. I hope the DMV actually does something about this. I heard about Cynthia from my school about how rude and unyielding she is. I still gave her the benefit of the doubt, and i was kind the entire time. Horrible experience. Cynthia is truly doing an injustice to people trying to better their life. read more
