Finally got my reschedule biometrics notice after 6 months of waiting (original date was march 27) for all the people who were waiting for their notice! Smooth process, get your 1) passport 2) ID and biometrics notice 3) Face Mask 4) Follow the line It's pretty empty, only 4 other people were there with me. I've been here for a few times over the years. This time was for my scheduled biometric appointment. As long as the appointment is on the same day, they don't care too much about the scheduled time. Mine was at 11:00am but I went there first thing in the morning. The whole thing was done within the matter of 20 minutes, in and out! No questions asked. Everyone works there seemed to help out each other to make things go smoothly as possible. I have nothing negative to say about this place. read more

This was my second time coming to this place today. And both times it was just perfect! The people here are so kind and understanding. Officer Mr. Maniego is very nice and could even speak my native language a little bit :D But all the people working here are so friendly and professional. I`m just very happy, that this place took care about my biometrics and fingerprints. Sometimes taking care of immigration things can be bothersome, but here you just feel comfortable. I came here to get my biometrics 2 weeks early. i came on a thursday around 10am and there was no one there except for a lady who was already there, completely empty. i asked the guard if i was able to take my biometrics early, he said they take them early and late. everyone was very accomodating and friendly, all in all it only took 20 mins from start to finish. so if you are scheduled for this South LA USCIS, be sure to take an advantage of the walk in service. read more

Alright, its not my first time coming here to get my biometric done. So today earlier i came here to get another biometric done after a few years. Usually i didn't bring myson with me, but today i have tobring my son with me, and the security/receptionist really mean, not a single smile, warned me to not let my son running around etc. then after i waited for my turn the lady who helped me with my biometric done was mean, she crushed my pinky finger and when after she took my pic, i stand up and want to see my pic, but she said i have to sit down, when i'm back seat down she said i'm done, what is wrong with her, a second she ask me to sit and a second later she tell me i'm done and i can leave. I had an appointment in a few days but today I found out that I was scheduled for surgery on the same day I was supposed to go to the USCIS, what a dilemma! After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try and walked in there today during my lunch break. Yay! They took me earlier than my appointment, everybody was very supportive and friendly and it took me less than 20 minutes to do everything. Everybody has been courteous with excellent manners, from the guard at the reception desk to the guy who took my picture and finger printers. I could not be any happier! read more

Quickie: + Fast and efficient + Took me earlier than my designated appointment time --- Service: The place is located on the corner of Manhattan Beach and Crenshaw with lots of parking in the square. I went to get my biometrics completed and arrived a few hours before my scheduled appointment. They let me right in around 1p.m. and there was no wait. I was directed to my line, followed the neatly placed arrows around the office and was out the door in about 15 minutes. Best government agency experience, ever. read more

I recently visited this office to do biometrics for my green card renewal. What an awesome 5 star experience this was. By chance I decided to drop in to see if I could do my appointment early; that wasn't a problem with the friendly security guard and I was seen straight away. The lady doing my biometrics was so kind and friendly, it made the whole experience so effortless. She explained the process as we went along and made it all so interesting. Its a shame I wont be visiting until my green card is up for renewal again, but I wouldn't hesitate using this office again if I get the chance. Thanks to both of the previous reviewers! I had an appointment on 10.30.09 at 8am but I walked in today 10.27.09 at around 10:00 a.m. I didn't even have to ask the guard if I could walk in. I just handed her my paperwork, passport and green card and she asked if I wanted to get my biometrics done today. Everyone was very pleasant and the process took about 20 minutes. Being such a busy young woman I wasn't sure I could make the appointment USCIS assigned me so I started to look for ASCs I could do a walk in at. I tried the one in Buena Park on La Palma and was immediately told by everyone that I had to wait til the scheduled appointment. Then I saw reviews on here for this Gardena ASC ,decided to give it another try and went on my lunch break and voila ! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone was very nice and professional unlike the people from the Buena Park ASC. I highly recommend trying this ASC if you wanna do a walk-in for your Biometrics . read more

My appointment was 3:00pm and I went at 12 noon. The place was empty. The male receptionist greeted me on my entry and was super helpful. I made a mistake in filling out the form prior to the biometric and he was quite understanding and professional. I have been to this place since my first green card renewal. The service is Excellent, Kory Kazaya was the technician that took my fingerprints. He was very professional and patient with me, He has also taken care of my friends from church and my neighborhood they have been very pleased with his service. Even the guards and receptionist were very helpful they always have been. I am very pleased with the service. Kory also has taken take of my grandparents and they said he was a very humble guy and was in the perfect line of service for the eldery. read more
