The coffee station is impressive too, with so many creamers, flavors, and toppings that you can customize your drink just the way you like it. I also loved the fresh roasted nuts--warm pecans, cashews, and other varieties that smelled amazing and tasted fresh. The store itself is huge and well organized, making it easy to browse without feeling crowded. As an EV owner, I was especially happy that I could charge my Ford F-150 Lightning while taking a break. She walked back around inside when she saw us pull up, and the bathroom was locked. So I went inside and literally begged the lady to unlock the bathroom so that we could use it, because the bathroom has apparently closed at 9 (weird when she was using it when we literally pulled up). We have been driving for four hours and still had another two to go. Tried the shell across the street and their bathroom was out of service. So this was one of the last places we could go to (and are now literally in pain trying to find another bathroom). I told her all this and she very rudely said okay and walked around to go unlock the bathroom. She puts the key in, jiggles it, and then walks away. I pull the door and it is still locked. We just left then because there was no getting anywhere with that situation. So, please patron somewhere else because that was just a rude, terrible experience, considering we even topped off our tank there to be nice and not just use the bathroom. I can understand not having the bathroom open because of sanitation reasons, but to pretend to unlock the door was just beyond unbelievable, especially considering that I had not been rude, or demanding, really just pleading. So go to the racetrac instead, it's just a little ways over and probably much cleaner than Murphy bathroom anyways.

They have some of the cheapest gas around Birmingham so if I'm in this area, I almost always fill up here. Last week, I wanted a drink so I decided to go inside. This gas station is huge! It's like a truck stop gas station with showers and everything. There was also a station with fried chicken and other hot food. In the drink section, you will find every drink you can ever imagine and more! I got a Snapple in the Mango Madness flavor. So good! Fruity, but not too sweet! It was perfect for me. There were several cashiers working the register. The one I got was super friendly and seemed happy to be working there! Might as well. You get to work in by far the nicest gas station around Birmingham.
