It may only take 10 minutes to drain and refill the oil, once you get your turn in line (which is usually backed up), but you can expect to be there at least 30 minutes on any given day and possibly longer on the weekends when demand is higher. I would suggest they just take the "10 Minute Oil Change" sign down. It's irritating when you feel like you have been lied to by poorly thought out advertisement.
