Not only was he able to do that for me, he got me a really nice plan which actually added value to my rollover. He had a lot of other options, like plans with guaranteed returns, etc. He also offered health insurance, car insurance, business insurance and other things. So I ended up switching some of my insurance carriers as well, saving me several hundred bucks a month. So, all my finances are a lot easier to manage now. Awesome =) Next time I'll call him for some mutual funds, when this horrible recession ends. Oh right, and he came to me on MY schedule, which is a huge plus for me.

When she finally took my advice eight months ago, I took a snapshot of the portfolio Doug had set her up in, and I've done a virtual/theoretical tracking of it ever since. Had she stayed with Velnoskey's basket of financial offerings, the portfolio would have gained 0.6% (the best return since he started managing it!). But under the new management firm, it has ACTUALLY gained 9.0% (FIFTEEN times greater return!). After years under his management, my relative left him with LESS money than she started with. It pains me to think of how much wealth my relative didn't realize ... or how much more robust her portfolio would be had she migrated away from Velnoskey years ago. There are too many other capable "fish in the sea" to be risking your nest egg with this firm. Your mileage may vary ... but I feel comfortable advising AGAINST seeking him or his team to manage your wealth. ..... just my two cents.
