The staff explain everything in detail and are gentle inside the mouth (according to my son!). There are no isolated rooms - Kids are all in one big room under light and relaxed with some Dr. B sunglasses which they get to keep! I didnt see a nervous or unhappy person in the whole building. I have 2 other children whom I definitely plan without a doubt to take here... And to top it all off - They my son a cool picture in the mail about a week after he got his braces!
