So therefore I scheduled an appointment first off let me say I've never been to a dentist office where they have more than 1 doctor. Staff pretty much sucked no personality barley like to talk besides a few. I paid oop due to the fact my insurance didn't cover.. if we fast forward to the time I had the root canal in about April I went back a month later because I was still having pain, come to find out the lady that treated me no longer worked there ... hmm that's weird.. so the next person gave me antibiotics because he said it could be infected... went back a week later and still in pain they didn't take any new X-rays or re check the root canal he basically told me to go to a oral surgeon and get an Apicoectomy there might be something " they can't see " never provided me with 1 I was stuck finding one myself and come to find out they had a oral surgeon that worked at that office. Never called me once again to ask how I was doing or again checked the tooth again.... From that month until about September I've been suffering with pain from their poorly root canal job which they left a nerve still alive and they would've known if they would've re opened the tooth.. I don't get back money nor time ... but they did call me to see if I wanted to come back in for my yearly cleaning... my insurance is currently requesting Information from them and they won't respond.. needless to say pls save your time/money and not go here if I could give negative or no stars definitely.

As a new patient attending my very first appointment, I was taken aback by the number of dismissive and insulting remarks made throughout the visit. To make matters worse, my treatment was cancelled the day before my second appointment due to delays involving insurance payment issues stemming from my previous insurance being incorrectly listed as the primary coverage. Additionally, a claim was submitted for a procedure that was never actually performed. I was even asked by the insurance provider whether I wanted to file a complaint or formal grievance regarding the matter, but instead chose to give Dr. Estwick and his office the benefit of the doubt and allow them the opportunity to correct what I hoped was simply an administrative error. Unfortunately, that same level of understanding and respect did not appear to be extended to me as a patient. Once a dentist accepts someone as a patient, they assume a duty of care toward that patient -- not merely a duty of care that begins once the first insurance payment is received or the type of insurance a patient has. Regardless of insurance status or personal circumstances, patients deserve to be treated with professionalism, dignity, courtesy, and basic human respect. Needless to say, I have chosen to move on and seek a dentist who genuinely wants to provide care to every patient who walks through the door.
