Nick was really nice signing up, as well as when I gave referrals, but other than that now going on 5 years that ive carried his insurance, I dont feel the same. i really wish there was an insurance comparable to Mercurys so I can switch. I tried asking someone else for help and they refer me to come to him since he was the one to sign me up.. and when i do reach out i always feel like a bother to him. I understand to a point if i am constantly messaging or calling him, but i don't. the relationship as my insurer is now where I really try to avoid contacting him. i try to look online and only call if i cant get a direct answer online since it would be quicker than calling customer service. oh well. read more
