They carry many brands that suit the taste and the budget. If you live in the Los Angeles area, you can pick up your order, in person, from their warehouse in Monterey Park. On December 26, 2016, I placed an online order for Iichiko Bar Fruits Yuzu, Kiku-Masamune Taru (Cedar Infused), and Mizuho Awamori. My order was ready the following morning and I went there to pick up my order. The prices of these items was cheaper than I have seen on the Internet. I am very happy and delighted with my purchase and I will order from them again.

This place is messed up. What are they thinking? They should know better…read more Neighborhood liquor stores are supposed to have ATROCIOUS customer service. That is the rule! Did they not get the memo? I'm worried about them. Let me tell you how horrible they were... I called in and asked about whether they had some specific brands in stock. I was greeted by a cheerful fellow (of whom I can't remember his name) who carefully described all of the options that fit my criteria. He then offered for me to ask any more questions upon arrival. Horrible. When I arrived, I was that annoying guy that was doing a price check on just about everything that didn't yet have a label, and he was kind in answering each one. Horrible. He later came over to help me select. The issue? I'm working on getting an amazing gift for a $5 white elephant gift exchange and most of what I want to buy is well over $5. He then proceeded to pick out his favorite $5 wines and beers. Horrible. I don't know what they are thinking over there at Frank's... What will happen if a liquor store has amazing customer service? We don't know yet... because it simply is a first in the Universe. I hope they either get their act together and get mean and indifferent, or maybe... just maybe... they will be rewarded for their kindness. Who knows? :)

Seriously this liquor store has everything you need for a homemade cocktail like watermelon pucker or banana liqueur! Many kinds of Bacardi flavored rums. The beer is pricey so it's definitely not the reason why I drive over here. The customer service is ok because at other liquor stores the employees stare at you from 3 feet but at this liquor store the employees only look at the reflection of the mirrors to see what you're doing.
