Old Fitz 10 year normal secondary around $350 here for $700! The MSRP is $139. That's just one instance! I asked multiple prices for multiple bottles just to be mind blown every time. The service was horrible, guy had his earbuds in and was talking on the phone in his own language presumably about me being thrown off about the pricing. Russel's 13 year pretty easy to find around $250 here for $500. It's like they take the secondary market pricing and then double that. Don't buy your liquor here. It's wildly overpriced and the service is terrible. Go to Downey, find better pricing.

I should have realized she had a bad attitude when she was combative with the customer before me Instead of assisting me she made a condescending comment about my budget and told me to 'just pick something cheap' because I clearly didn't know anything about whiskey. I was so taken aback by the disrespect that I left my items at the counter. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with basic human decency.

Did they not get the memo? I'm worried about them. Let me tell you how horrible they were... I called in and asked about whether they had some specific brands in stock. I was greeted by a cheerful fellow (of whom I can't remember his name) who carefully described all of the options that fit my criteria. He then offered for me to ask any more questions upon arrival. Horrible. When I arrived, I was that annoying guy that was doing a price check on just about everything that didn't yet have a label, and he was kind in answering each one. Horrible. He later came over to help me select. The issue? I'm working on getting an amazing gift for a $5 white elephant gift exchange and most of what I want to buy is well over $5. He then proceeded to pick out his favorite $5 wines and beers. Horrible. I don't know what they are thinking over there at Frank's... What will happen if a liquor store has amazing customer service? We don't know yet... because it simply is a first in the Universe. I hope they either get their act together and get mean and indifferent, or maybe... just maybe... they will be rewarded for their kindness. Who knows? :)
