The cut is exactly like the reference picture I showed her and the keratin has more than halved my dry/style time plus it's doing wonders for humidity management. Katrina was a joy to work with too- she really knows her stuff and does it well. One of the only salons in the area certified in Keratin application. I trust her with my hair and will be coming back in a month for color! (They're certified ballayage too!) Also, they have complimentary snacks and coffee.
