This year I tried to give him another chance to help file my taxes since he already knows my business and information. Unfortunately, because my taxes are a bit complicated, I guess he couldn't handle it and decided to stop responding. I never heard back from him again. I mean, come on--you could have at least told me you couldn't do it instead of just disappearing. Very unprofessional. If you decide to use his service, be careful. If any issues come up with the IRS, don't expect much help afterward.

After sitting for about an hour and a half, I told the tax preparer I could not sign a return I was not confident in and asked that they follow up with my questions with their accountant. I asked for a call back with correct answers to my questions on my return rather than double talk where they were not equipped to provide a satisfactory answer to me. Never received a follow up call back. I went in to receive my personal paperwork which belongs to me and faced a receptionist with fangs who was rude, condescending and unprofessional.
