I seen Dr. kruska since he goes to Ponca. The office itself is small but easy to find. He was very direct but was very helpful with my problem. I have a follow up scheduled to get a procedure done at my next visit. Not excited to get it done but am excited to see a doctor who seems to care, can explain my problem to me and his staff is super sweet.

Yesterday I was discharged from the hospital. Earlier my wife had gone to Rick's before picking me…read moreup from the hospital. On the way home we realized that only two of four prescriptions had been filled. Two that I had transferred from another pharmacy weren't filled. Both were for the insulin I desperately needed for the weekend. It was five minutes until Rick's closed. We turned around and headed that way. I phoned Rick's and got Rick himself. I told him what had happened. He called right back, paper had jammed in the fax machine. By the time we arrived, they had been closed for some time. Rick was great, very understanding and went out of his way to see that I got the meds I needed. I will be switching all my scripts over to Rick's. The only improvement I have is I wish they used an app. It sure would help on my end, but even so, Rick has my business from now on.
