I had never been to a Braum's but the logo has an ice cream cone and that was enough for me. The fellow making my large cone broke two waffle cones trying to stuff the ice cream inside. Finally, his third construction attempt was successful. This was a heavy ice cream cone and, because I didn't check the price when ordering, I was shocked that the total came to just over $2.00. I don't think I have been anywhere in the United States where so much ice cream cost so little. I thought this had to be an error so, in the cause of proper research, I dutifully ordered the same at a few other Braum's during my trek through Oklahoma and, sure enough, each was the same price. I ordered two sausage biscuits with egg and they gave me two sausage biscuits with egg and cheese so I took them back to fix the order and they gave me one sausage biscuit with egg and one bacon egg biscuit when it clearly says on my receipt TWO SAUSAGE AND EGG BISCUITS!Something needs to change atthis braums. Tossing Braums a few Starts in Enid for a fast food spot! 2 times I stopped here on a journey from Alva because I heard they do triple decker burgers. I am all about a huge burger, and I wasnt dissapointed. I am generally not a fast food spot fan, but both times, their triple decker with cheese was comforting!! I have also chowed their ice cream severall times in the past, and its pretty similar to our Friendly's chain up here in New England. I dare you to throw down their triple paddy and let me know if you do it !! The Ponca City location seemed to be a bit rough on cleanliness of serving area(but this was in 09) - not sure how sanitary concerns are handled there, but I get a bit skeevy when the same sanitary gloves touch cash, then touch my ice cream cone -ewww! It's warm and cozy walking in out of the cold. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. She didn't suggest anything, but there were signs all over with huge, colorful pics that leave nothing to the imagination. The food is hot, fresh and satisfying. I tried the new bagel omelette. Wow, we came here after lunch for dessert and we were not disappointed. This ice cream is so good. We were happily greeted by the two workers as we walked in and they were patient while I looked at all the flavors and tasted them. There are three Braum's in Enid and this is the second best one. That really doesn't mean much as the top 2 have managers that have worked there for over 20 years. I would still say the best one is the Braum's on Willow though. This Braum's usually has very nice workers, but they tend to not be as clean as the one on Willow and if you have any modifications or changes to the burger it tends to be made wrong. They often do not have all the ice cream flavors available for malts and shakes which can be pretty frustrating especially while going through the drive thru since you can't see what is available and what is not. That being said, they do have the best indoor eating area out of all the Braum's in Enid. The workers go back and forth between the grocery and the regular register so sometimes you have to wait a bit to get a cashier in the grocery. Still a great Braum's that I will continue to enjoy! read more

Braum's serves a basic menu of burgers and chicken sandwiches. In addition there are several salads. I had the roasted chicken salad. I enjoyed it but it was not very large. When I went to order the cashier recognized that I was new to the chain. She was most gracious helping with my food selection. I believe this is an order and pickup restaurant however the lady that took my order delivered my food. I came to believe she was the shift manager. For me the service and frozen yogurt justify my five star rating. I returned every evening during my stay for the frozen yogurt. read more

Had high hopes for this place being that there's three locations in town, but it was a let down all around. The place is staffed by teens who are not shy about having teen conversations while on lunch next to customers. The burgers were gross. Might as well have tried to eat play food. Had a terrible consistency and was not tasty in the least. The most bland, dry, chewy burger ever. I thought they could redeem themselves with ice cream but I got cookies and cream and it was really underwhelming. Blah! Haven't been back since. read more

Oh Braums, how I miss you. When I moved away from Oklahoma to California, this is one of the places I missed the most. They have delicious, old fashion ice cream. They serve pretty good food - burgers, chicken strips, fries - but of course it's horribly bad for you. The real star of the show however, is the milk. It's farm fresh and has a sweet, delicious flavor. I have never had milk like this before, and truly miss it. Give it a shot if you're in the area! read more

Have been going to the store at corner of 15th St, and Post Rd in Midwest city for several years. Over the last three years there Burgers, Fries, Shakes tast has been going down hill. Last night. Tonight I went to Braums store #30. I ordered a cheeseburger with pickels and mustard. Luckily I checked my burger which had dried out, crispy cheese and ketchup. Obviously it was sitting there a while. I asked for another... I checked it out and the top bun was ripped in two. Stupidly, I asked for it to be fixed again. This time I just drove off. I decided to try again to get a hot fudge brownie ice cream sundae with two scoops of chocolate ice cream thru the drive thru. Before I could get the full sentence out she asks if I want two scoops of ice cream. I told her I wanted two scoops of chocolate ice cream in my sundae. It would be great if they would let you finish ordering before asking questions so the possibility of the order being correct would be high. I was only ordering one item. I drove up to the window and sensing something was off because of the price, I asked what she rang me up for and she tells me the sundae and a cone with two scoops of ice cream. When I told her I only wanted the sundae with two scoops of ice cream she actually started to argue with me. I came close to just leaving but I didn't. I paid and went to the next window and waited for my order. It didn't take too long and a woman came up and opened the window and practically threw the sundae into my hand and she shut the window and walked off. As she let go I could feel the sticky hot fudge on the bottom of the dish. She never even offered a napkin. I'm hoping there is a place for a picture so I can show exactly how much ice cream I got compared to what I paid for. This very store on Owen K Garriott across from the mall is always advertising for help and I can see why. The night shift needs some serious help with customer service. I don't imagine I will be back again god quite some time. I don't see a place for a picture.
