We were promised round the clock end of life care for my Mother. All they do if come check vitals once a day. My Mother spent her last 72 hours oozing out bronchial secretions with her death rattle. Hospice is supposed to make end of life dignified, her last days were horrific. The night before my mother passed I asked the woman named Demi when do they come sit with us to monitor what she needed to be comfortable. She never answered & didn't come back until the next day after my Mother was dead 2 hours. This company was recommended by a reputable Hospital. I will be calling them today to explain our wretched experience & hopefully save others this horrible anguish we endured.
