I said that i had the right date as shown on my appointment reminder card. The manager, Ryan, asked to see the appt. card. I told him i would bring it on my next visit. When I showed him the card on my next visit, i told him i did not appreciate his doubting my word or calling me a liar. Instead of being courteous, gracious and professional, he started to argue with me and debate what was said. He then started to walk away from me, and i said i wasn't done we were having a conversation. He said he wasn't going back and forth, and that I came at him and not to expect him to take it. I asked to speak to his manager, I was told he was the manager, I asked for his boss. He walked away and then came back, I told him i wanted to speak with someone else. He had my therapist come speak with me. She is excellent, professional, capable and courteous. I was under the impression that she was going to have her boss call me. I heard nothing. I was made to feel embarrassed and humiliated. This is not a path towards health and well being. Unprofessional, Rude, Argumentative, Discourteous, and Condescending.

My appt was today at 8am/8:30am . They called me at 7:40pm as I was getting in my lyft ride and told me they probably wouldnt be able see me because I needed a referral and then said they were short staffed and didnt get to the information in time! Not acceptable! I told them I had an uber waiting and would have to go ahead and come and work something out . I get there and tell the idiot at the fromt desk what happened and she said the even dumber office manager Alicia Otto would be there in about 20 min . i got on the phone and called the insurance company and explained what happened and they stated that this was not acceptable but they would honor amd approve the referral if the facility could go ahead and see me. Whoever spoke with them said NO they cant do that. After another 30 minutes no Office manager came ! I asked where was she, she magicaly appears and lies to my face and says she thought i was getting it worked out with my insurance knowing they had already said they wont see me ! A liar! I let her know that it is not my problem that they dropped the ball and didnt verify the insurance in time because they had ample time to do so and she left me sitting there! She came up with no resolution! never said if they get the referral I can come back or work something out! Just basically like sorry oh well. If you have another place in mind please use them and never go to any of these facilities becaue they are incompetent and lazy! Dr. McPherson has been my doctor for two serious back related injuries. I was a professional cage…read morefighter and suffered a broken neck and a ruptured disk in my back. My neck Dr. McPereson was able to cure by injections, and the disk he and his staff have stabilized and we have a treatment plan that will involve another injection that should resolve the problem. I have confidence in Dr. McPherson and his staff to include Mike, and Vivian both of whom have been instrumental along with Dr. McPherson in treating me and making me better. I have recommended Spine Team to family and friends all of whom say good things. All of whom were treated with success. Most recently my wife hurt her back and was bed ridden, the Spine Team saw her immediately and were able to relieve her pain with an out patient procedure. She is very impressed and I am grateful to see her relieved of her pain and suffering. They are all great at Spine Team and you can trust that they will treat you with integrity and ethics. Treating back pain is a tough business and I can tell you Spine Team does a great job.
