I got Mr. Watters name from my son in law, and we called at 10:30 and they were here at 12:30. First they corrected the drain issue and then replaced the pipe, all in less than an hour. It was a father and son, both were friendly, and I thought extremely reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone with a problem. Upset that no one is home now. Finally called me and I told them I will be back in 30 mins. They came inside and tried to tell me I needed all of these things. I was able to keep the pump operational until they showed up. They immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. Then he used a zip strip to prevent any reoccurrence. He ran the pump numerous times to evaluate the strength of the pump (because of it getting hot) and told me that the pump was fine. Fast service. Honest evaluation. Showing up on a Sunday.
