This so-called arrangement was by far the worst arrangement I've ever seen or purchased. I spent $100 for this so caught arrangement. When honestly I could've got this at the supermarket or street vendor for a fraction of the price with roses. I even paid for the premier package size!! Really !!! I'm at the usual person that gives bad reviews, but this deserves exposure and the negative feedback to help you modify and reestablish the importance of your business. I went into the shop to order flowers, and was not initially greeted when I walked in, even though I could hear people talking in the back (you can see through a doorway into the back where they make the arrangements. I was greeted after a few minutes, and was ushered over to a sitting area (couch/chairs) where they had arrangement (picture) books, in order to find what we needed to order. While, I have never ordered flowers for a funeral, I was guided (I asked questions, and the woman I worked with gave me suggestions) to what would be needed for a viewing and a funeral/graveside service. I was lucky the day I came in, because the wholesaler was there, delivering flowers, so I was able to have a wider selection of flowers to choose from. The flowers were delivered without issue, and once I was able to see the arrangements, I was blown away at how beautiful they were. We received comments from the visitors (to the viewing as well as to the funeral the next day) on how beautiful the flowers were. This place may not be for everyone, but they did an excellent job for the flowers that I needed, and I would highly recommend them to others.
