If it hadn't been imperative that we buy a car that day (hubby's car died) we probably wouldn't have bought here. The good: the car we got is great. One owner, no wrecks, low mileage, nice looking, fuel efficient, etc. We have had some credit problems and a past bankruptcy, but they were able to get us financed with no money down. The bad: I felt very pressured and rushed by the salesman. I was also put off by the fact that he was a part of a traveling sales team the dealer had brought in for a sales event. It bothered me that management would take away business from the local salesmen they employ. I mentioned more than once that I had talked to someone there in the past and would like to talk to him again, only to be ignored and talked-over. This also happened when I asked to see other less expensive vehicle options. We were only shown the one car and told it was the only one that would work for our finance options. It's a $20k car, so I found that very hard to believe. The salesman very nearly lost the sale because of his old-school, pushy, rushy approach, but his finance guy, also a part of the traveling sales team, saved it by helping us get to a more comfortable monthly payment. Despite this, I left the dealership feeling like I had been taken advantage of.
