Jake climbed through 2 feet of snow, removed the cedar from my roof and covered the damage with a plastic tarp to prevent water intrusion. Eddie came out that Saturday to discuss the work and provided us with an estimate for the job. He answered all our questions and scheduled the removal within 2 weeks of the estimate date. The crew arrived promptly on the appointed day, successfully removed the first tree, and later cut it into firewood-sized rounds which they stacked in our back yard as requested. They returned the next day and similarly removed the second tree and did additional pruning work on some others. They chipped all branches and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional all the way through. Office staff was pleasant and efficient as well. A great experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done.
